Sunbelt Construction, Inc. has been awarded and will be constructing a new Starbucks Coffee shell Building in Madisonville, KY.
The scope of the project a new retail shell building and associated site work. The shell building is primarily wood framed with a concrete foundation. Exterior finish materials include brick, EIFS, fiber cement panels, and aluminum storefront. The floor slab and interior fit-up will be performed by the tenant under a separate building permit. Site work includes miscellaneous steel bollards, a masonry dumpster enclosure, landscaping, parking lot paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, ornamental metal fencing, and concrete footing for tenant provided drive-thru equipment and site signage.
