Sunbelt Construction is soliciting subcontractor and supplier proposals for the construction of the new Kentucky Skin Care Center located on Lovers Lane in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The project consists of a new three-story facility totaling 33,000 square feet. The first-level interior will remain mostly unfinished to allow for future expansion. The second and third levels include lobbies, administrative areas, staff work areas, break rooms, offices, and patient rooms. The third level also includes an ASC (ambulatory surgery center) with two operating rooms. Site work includes new grading, a parking lot, landscaping, utilities, a new dumpster enclosure, and a new generator with enclosure.

BIDS DUE September 15th by 4 PM.
