Office Spotlight: Meet the Team Behind Sunbelt’s Projects

This year, Sunbelt Construction celebrates an incredible milestone: 40 years of building not just projects, but trust, relationships, and a company culture rooted in people-first values. While Sunbelt is known across the Southeast for its excellence in commercial, retail, and restaurant construction, the true foundation of its long-term success is the team behind the scenes.

Quintin Littrell - President Sunbelt Construction

At the heart of Sunbelt’s story is Quintin Littrell, President of Sunbelt Construction, Inc., whose decades of leadership have shaped the company into what it is today. Quintin joined Sunbelt in 2004 and went on to serve in several roles project manager, and vice president of operations —before becoming president. With a background in mechanical engineering and consulting, Quintin brought both technical expertise and a deeply human approach to leadership.

Under his guidance, Sunbelt has delivered high-level projects for national-brand quick-service restaurants, banks, and commercial facilities across the Southeast. But ask anyone who has worked with Quintin, and they’ll tell you his greatest contribution isn’t just the projects—it’s the culture. Quintin has always believed that when you take care of people first, the work naturally follows. That philosophy has been a constant thread through Sunbelt’s during Quintin’s tenure.

Andrew Stewart

Carrying that mindset into day-to-day operations is Andrew Stewart, Preconstruction and Business Development Manager at Sunbelt Construction. Andrew has been with the company for twelve years and plays a critical role in overseeing projects from early planning through completion. He manages preconstruction, develops schedules and budgets, coordinates internal teams, and serves as a key point of contact for clients. His attention to logistics, safety, quality, and communication ensures projects stay on track while relationships stay strong.

Beyond the job site, Andrew represents Sunbelt’s commitment to investing in future leaders. As a member of the local Young Professionals group, he reflects the company’s belief that leadership development and community involvement are essential to long-term success.

Cody Harmon

Supporting that vision on the operational side is Cody Harmon, Director of Operations at Sunbelt Construction. With more than 12 years at the company, Cody oversees all active construction projects across Sunbelt’s commercial, retail, and restaurant portfolio. His role spans project cost control, scheduling, risk management, and overall operational performance.

Cody works closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure every project meets Sunbelt’s standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. He also leads stakeholder and vendor relations, fostering transparent communication and strong partnerships throughout every phase of construction. His leadership ensures that Sunbelt’s people-first values translate into consistent, reliable results in the field.

Jessica Agnew

Behind the scenes, keeping operations running smoothly and financial processes precise, is Jessica Agnew, Executive Assistant at Sunbelt Construction. For the past 7 years, Jessica has played a key role in supporting company leadership while contributing directly to financial operations and overall project workflow. She manages full-cycle accounts payable and receivables, processes client billings, and helps maintain accurate financial reporting and documentation across projects. Working within Sunbelt’s close-knit, family-oriented culture, Jessica helps ensure operational efficiency and collaboration through open communication with every team member.

That investment in people is why Sunbelt has thrived for four decades. A people-first culture creates longevity, accountability, and pride in the work. It’s why employees stay, clients return, and partnerships last.

As Sunbelt looks ahead to the next 40 years, the focus remains the same as it was on day one: lead with integrity, put people first, and build something that lasts.
